Conference Formats
Kia ora koutou katoa to you all. It's wonderful that conference 2020 is proceeding. We URGENTLY need your input. With walking or cycling being a great travel option at the moment, especially as many of our cities are creating more space for people to walk or cycle to work. With the number of new e-bikes and e-scooters imported into New Zealand hitting a record high, there has never been a better time to get together with like-minded people from across New Zealand.
We have 4 formats that are being considered. Based on your feedback all 4 may be offered.
Format 1 – In Ōtepoti Dunedin
Retain the status quo with everyone meeting in Ōtepoti Dunedin at the Dunedin Centre where the majority of exhibitors and presenters will be located.
Format 2 – A central hub located in Ōtepoti Dunedin at the Dunedin Centre
The majority of participants, exhibitors and presenters will be located in Ōtepoti Dunedin. Other participants will meet at satellite hubs around the country and tap into the central conference hub in Dunedin in real time.
Social functions include a:
Locations will be determined subject to demand. The following cities are under consideration; Auckland, Christchurch, Greymouth, New Plymouth, Palmerston North, Queenstown, Rotorua, Taupo, Wairarapa, Wellington and Whanganui.
Format 3 – Online interactive experience (virtual) for the entire conference
Join the proceedings via live stream on your device from the comfort of your home or office. It’s as easy as clicking the link. Full support will be provided by Harding Conferences.
You’ll enjoy the luxury of your own private delivery of conference goodies prior to the event.
They will include: vouchers to a local café, conference bag, sponsor gifts and the handbook. Involvement in a virtual networking function and dinner, (if there’s a dinner being held in your location).
Format 4 – Online interactive experience (virtual) for selected sessions
You choose the sessions and/or presenter/s you most want to listen to. Join the proceedings via live stream on your device from the comfort of your home or office. It’s as easy as clicking the link. Full support will be provided by Harding Conferences.
You can purchase a ticket for the virtual networking function and if there’s a dinner being held in your location you can also purchase a ticket to attend.
