Keynote Presenters


Jon Little

Transport Design and Engagement Consultant

Jon is an award-winning transport design and engagement consultant. He specialises in cycling and walking, community involvement in street design, kerbside management, shared and combined mobility. 
He is best known for his work with Waltham Forest on the delivery of the multi-award winning Mini-Holland programme but works throughout the country with local authorities on similar schemes, including Liveable Neighbourhoods in London and the Bee Network in greater Manchester. 

Jon helped develop the borough-wide design concept and £27 million bid, the approach to engagement, design guide, cycling vision, behaviour change initiatives and the monitoring framework.  
Previously Jon was Head of Sustainable Transport and Parking at a large consultancy, working on   high-profile active travel projects including the Santander Cycle Hire Scheme and the Local Area Traffic Management Plans for the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Currently he is working with towns cities throughout the UK on the development and delivery of a broad spectrum of active travel projects including cycle routes, liveable and low traffic neighbourhoods, active travel and low emission mobility plans for urban environments.
