Vinyl Open Decks – by Super Sevens Aotearoa crew Love listening to a wide range of music? Still have the records from your younger days or never played a record in your life? Somewhere in between? Dj-ing always been on your bucket list?
Vinyl Open Decks is just for you. A small group of DJ’s will play some favs from their own collection. Bring along some of your own records to play and we will show you the ropes. Not to worry if you don’t own any - we will also have a selection of popular tunes to choose from.
Curious about the tunes pressed through the decades, Super Sevens was set up by NZ electronica legend Mike from Pitch Black while he was living in London. Nothing to do with the on field namesake, this eclectic music loving community spin a wide genre of tunes and happily share the decks with anyone who wants to give it a go – as a newcomer, or for old times’ sake.
